McMan is currently looking for a Program Supervisor for the Family Resource Network in Okotoks. The successful candidate
is someone who has strong leadership skills and is passionate about working with children, youth and families.

This position is located at our Family Resource Network in Okotoks and requires some evening (2-3 evenings per week) and occasional weekend work. This position requires completion of the Brain Story Certification within six months of hire date and the ability to participate in the organization’s on call rotation. This position has an anticipated start date of September 15, 2025.

The successful candidate will have:
·       A completed degree/diploma in Social Work, or a related Human Services discipline
·       5+ years of leadership experience and experience managing a dynamic team utilizing reflective supervision
·       Comprehensive knowledge of child and youth development, trauma-informed practices, effective parenting approaches, and family dynamics
·       Strong knowledge and competence in working within partnerships and collaborations
·       Experience in crisis intervention, assessment, and community referrals
·       Experience working with at risk families with complex needs (domestic violence, mental health, and Children and Family Services status) is an asset
·       Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
·       Experience and knowledge working within rural communities
·       The ability to hire, train, evaluate, motivate, mentor, coach and develop a successful staff team
·       Current standard First Aid Certification and Suicide Intervention Training
·       A reliable vehicle and proof of adequate vehicle insurance
·       A CURRENT (within 6 months) Child Intervention check and Police/ Vulnerable Sector check

Salary Range:  $67,159.00 - $74,621.00
